二、申请人的资格要求<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>

1.<\/span> <\/span>满足《中华人民共和国政府采购法》第二十二条规定,<\/span>并<\/span>提供下列材料:<\/span><\/span><\/p>

(1)<\/span>法人或者其他组织的营业执照等证明文件,自然人的身份证明;<\/span><\/span><\/p>

(2)<\/span>上一年度的财务报表(成立不满1<\/span>年不需提供);<\/span><\/span><\/p>

(3)<\/span>依法缴纳税收和社会保障资金的相关材料;<\/span><\/span><\/p>

(4)<\/span>具备履行合同所必需的设备和专业技术能力的书面声明;<\/span><\/span><\/p>

(5)<\/span>参加政府采购活动前3<\/span>年内,在经营活动中没有重大违法记录的书面声明。<\/span><\/span><\/p>

2.<\/span>本项目的特定资格要求<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>

(1)<\/span>具有独立法人资格且具有道路运输经营许可证(经营范围包含省际包车客运、市际包车客运、县际包车客运、旅游客运)的专业供应商。<\/span><\/span><\/p>

(2)<\/span>未被\u201c信用中国\u201d网站(www.creditchina.gov.cn<\/span>)列入失信被执行人、重大税收违法案件当事人名单、政府采购严重失信行为记录名单。<\/span><\/span><\/p>

三、获取招标文件<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>

(<\/span>2<\/span>)投标人进入校园时须自行配戴口罩、做好手部消毒及投标文件等消毒防护工作,并须提供<\/span>48<\/span>小时内核酸检测阴性证明。<\/span><\/span><\/p>

(<\/span>3<\/span>)投标人进入校园前须在东门外相关<\/span>工作人员处进行信息实名登记并接受体温测量(体温异常者拒绝进入校园),主动出示有效\u201c健康码\u201d(非绿色健康码拒绝<\/span>进入校园)、\u201c通信大数据行程卡\u201d(或手机短信查询并可出示自己的近期行迹路线图)。来校前<\/span>10<\/span>天内有疫情中高风险疫区(以开标前一日权威发布的疫情风险等级区域划分为依据)旅居史的人员一律不得进入校园。<\/span><\/span><\/p>

(<\/span>4<\/span>)投标人进入校园后应在指定地点参与投标活动,不到非相关场所活动;投标工作结束后应立即离开校园。<\/span><\/span><\/p>
