1.<\/span>项目内容:负责辅助政务大厅进行业务收件、材料审核、系统录入等业务事项;负责辅助政务大厅做好每日办事群众接待、现场咨询,疑难解答等工作;负责辅助政务大厅做好日常档案整理装订工作;服从政务大厅的日常工作安排。<\/span><\/p>\n

(<\/span>1<\/span>)辅助政务大厅完成窗口业务咨询、材料初审、综合受理等工作;<\/span><\/p>\n

(<\/span>2<\/span>)辅助政务大厅做好区级赋权事项的有效承接和规范办理;<\/span><\/p>\n

(<\/span>3<\/span>)辅助政务大厅根据业务实际受理情况,梳理办事指南,优化工作流程,并实时更新相关信息;<\/span><\/p>\n

(<\/span>4<\/span>)辅助政务大厅开展日常运行管理工作,协助甲方完成上级部门的考核任务;<\/span><\/p>\n

(<\/span>5<\/span>)根据区级考核要求,街道政务服务事项拓展需求,按要求参与新业务学习,确保学习同步,受理标准同步;<\/span><\/p>\n

(<\/span>6<\/span>)辅助政务大厅做好群众接待、办公环境、作风督察等方面的统筹管理;<\/span><\/p>\n

(<\/span>7<\/span>)辅助服务需满足政务大厅的工作时间安排,满足甲方的工作需要。如:服从政务大厅延时服务安排,辅助每日早值、午值班窗口,周六半天值班窗口业务工作;<\/span><\/p>\n

(<\/span>8<\/span>)辅助政务大厅做好电话接听、微信在线答疑服务等工作;<\/span><\/p>\n

(<\/span>9<\/span>)辅助政务大厅做好宣传报道撰写,配合完成区级对街道政务大厅宣传数量的工作要求;<\/span><\/p>\n

(<\/span>10<\/span>)辅助政务大厅做好日常形象提升,注重通过赋能活动,提升服务意识和品质,形式不限于政务礼仪培训、心理疏导等;<\/span><\/p>\n
